Multiple Program Rates will not apply between 2 or more schools and/or educational events.
The cost for two (2) presentations is $425.00. The time lapse between the 2 programs is not to exceed one hour.
The Day Rate is $575.00, and consists of up to four (4), one-hour programs.
Programs that require overnight travel, will be the Day Rate of $575.00, plus travel expenses. This amount will only apply to program dates, and not travel dates.

FEE RATE FOR PROGRAMS THAT REQUIRE OVERNIGHT TRAVEL
This amount involves programs and/or events that require car mileage or airline expense:

However, whenMeet Mr. Lincoln is being presented within the same location for more than one day, the different schools and/or orgranizations can definitely lessen their expense, by equally dividing and sharing the costs of all Travel Expenses involved (that being airline fees and/or mileage cost, and also hotel accommodations).
TRAVEL EXPENSES
For airline travel, full roundtrip airfare from Nashville, Tennessee (and/or other location if already traveling) to the program location will need to be provided. All ground transportation will also need to be provided throughout the entire stay, including to and from the airport.
For automobile travel, full roundtrip mileage will be charged at 72.5 cents per mile from Nashville, Tennessee to the program location, when traveling over 50 miles.
For overnight travels, a per diem rate of $50.00 will be added per day, including travel days.
Allhotel accommodationswill also need to be provided throughout the entire stay.
