PROGRAMS THAT REQUIRE TRAVEL
This refers to a program(s) that require multiple day driving (more than one day and also requiring overnight accommodations) and/or airline travel.

With programs 'THAT REQUIRE TRAVEL,' the cost for one (1) presentation will be the 'Day Rate' of $575.00 per day (plus travel expenses). This is due to the extended 'time expanse' of distance and traveling. The cost only applies to performance dates and does not apply to travel dates. However, payment compensation is expected for rehearsal dates, whenever a production is involved. However, this rate does not apply for corporate or corporate production rates.
For an individual school and/or event, the presentation rate will be $575.00, and can consist of up to four (4), one-hour programs within the same day. (Please note: as listed under Multiple Program Rates, this rate will not apply between two or more schools and/or events. This special rate is to serve an individual school, location, and/or event.)
However, when Meet Mr. Lincoln is being presented within the same location for more than one day, the different organizations and/or schools are able to lessen their cost by dividing and sharing all 'Travel Expenses' involved (airline fee and/or mileage cost and hotel accommodations).
TRAVEL EXPENSES
For airline travel, full roundtrip airfare from Nashville, Tennessee to the intended location will need to be provided. All ground transportation will also need to be provided throughout the entire stay, including to and from the airport.
For automobile travel, full roundtrip mileage will be charged 58.5 cents per mile from Nashville, Tennessee to the intended location.
All hotel accommodations will be need to be provided when applicable.
